Personal Data Protection
We provide legal services to our clients in the identification of personal data banks that require registration with the National Authority for the Protection of Personal Data of the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights, as well as perform the analysis of compliance of the legal regulations and directives on the protection of personal data, providing to our clients the information of the requirements that they must have for this purpose.
Likewise, advice is provided in the implementation of the protocols and security systems necessary to comply with the due care of the information contained in the personal data banks, as well as in the administrative sanctioning procedures before the National Authority for the Protection of Personal Data of the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights.
