El CRI se emitir\u00e1 con firma electr\u00f3nica y c\u00f3digo de verificaci\u00f3n, y brindar\u00e1 la informaci\u00f3n comprendida en las partidas del registro de Propiedad Inmueble que obran en el sistema inform\u00e1tico SIR y en las partidas del ex registro Predial Urbano que obran en el sistema SARP.<\/p><p>El CRI ser\u00e1 emitido a trav\u00e9s del SPRL siempre que la partida registral objeto de an\u00e1lisis no comprenda m\u00e1s de 80 hojas.
