GSA Legal participated in the transfer of Buenaventura’s shares to Howden Holdco Peru

GSA Legal advised Compañía de Minas Buenaventura S.A.A. in the transfer of 100% of the shares of Contacto Corredores de Seguros S.A. to Howden Holdco Perú S.A.C., a subsidiary of Howden Broking Group Limited, for a consideration of US$ 33.7MM and an additional variable price of up to approximately US$ 1.6 MM, subject to the fulfilment of certain criteria.

Compañía de Minas Buenaventura S.A.A. was advised by its Legal Manager Gulnara La Rosa and its Legal Chief Caroline Ackermann, as well as by Luis Gastañeta, Alfonso Tola and María Soledad Gastañeta, members of GSA. Likewise, Compañía de Minas Buenaventura S.A.A. was financially advised by PwC.
